How Long Do We Retain your Personal Data?

The Vision Company B.V. does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

– Data when entering into an agreement / As long as the agreement is in effect, plus 15 years / This is necessary for proper execution of the agreement and our business operations.

The Vision Company B.V. does not sell your data to third parties. Your data is only provided to third parties when necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.
We enter into processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. The Vision Company B.V. remains responsible for these processing activities.
